We have pi-thumbs-up and pi-thumbs-down. Do you need something like this specifically? https://fontawesome.com/v5.15/icons/hand-paper?style=regular And what is the use case for this icon?

I second this request. I need a hand icon (like the screenshot above) both outlined and filled. Use case is similar to raising your hand to claim something. The thumbs up and down do need meet this use case at all.
