Add Austrian German translation #111

Added austrian version of german translation (different name for month January).

Can you also add "fileSizeTypes": ["B", "KB", "MB", "GB", "TB", "PB", "EB", "ZB", "YB"], if you look at the en.js file for complete example.

Added new label "now": "Now", to the English file if you don't mind adding it to German and Austrian?
