Add Thai locale #153

Add locale strings for Thai (Thailand) locale.

@jbookersas you are missing a bunch of translation strings? You should use en.json as your template to translate?

Also you left firstDayOfWeek null that needs to be a number like 0 for Sunday or 1 for Monday etc.

@melloware Ahh, sorry. Looks like our translation team only did about half the strings. I'm working with them to get the other half completed. I'll make the requested changes and update this PR.
