Improve three german translations

Changed three translations:

collapseLabel from "Zusammenbruch" to "Einklappen" (Zusammenbruch is when you are ill and collapse on the ground)
expandLabel from "Expandieren" to "Ausklappen" (to match collapse.. it's the more colloquial term)
selectLabel from "Wählen" to "Auswählen" (Wählen is more like elect than select)

Thank you! Should we update de-at too which is the same but with some slight Austrian changes?

Yes, the translations apply for de-at as well. I added another commit to this request.

That would be great! I usually Google Translate at first just to put something in a label rather than the default English so I appreciate it!
