Add MomentDateAdapter feature to support Persian(Jalali),Hijri calendars #8706

PrimeNg Calendar does not support Internationalization features to implement Persian(jalali) / Hijri / ... Calendars.

For example Angular material components supports this feature: Internationalization and Setting the selected date

This features is based on this issues in angular repository: Add aditional DateAdapters

Further resources are: Momentjs library and jalali monent github

And finally somone added this feature to Primeng Calendar in this repository: PrimeNg-Persian-Calendar github

But we need native support for this feature in PrimeNg Calendar.

Please redesign p-calendar component to be culture agnostic (like google material date-picker) by writing custom date adapters.

So sorry for the delayed response! Improvements have been made to many components recently, both in terms of performance and enhancement. Therefore, this improvement may have been developed in another issue ticket without realizing it. You can check this in the documentation. If there is no improvement on this, can you reopen the issue so we can include it in our roadmap? Please don't forget to add your feedback as a comment after reopening the issue. Hi there I cannot find any documentation for that support Persian (Jalali), if you believe you cover this request, please send documentation or something that we can follow for localizing the calendar not in terms of labels but also the date system.
