Question: new theming approach #11

Hello folks!

I am reaching out to ask you if there would be a possibility to see a spoiler of how the new theming approach will be?

The reason is that in my team we are starting to build a component library based on prime vue. We are literally just starting, and in the phase of understanding how the sass-theme structure works, and configuring the tokens etc.

Where you explains high level that the new theming will use only css variables, and be backwards compatible.

As we are just starting, we could perhaps start with the "new approach" or have a temporal thing that allow us to migrate to the new way sooner. And that is the reason why I am asking if there was some doc, diagram, or a bit more insights about how the new theming will work?

Could be a nice opportunity to get early feedback from early adopters :)

Sorry for the late reply, we missed the tickets here as team is focused on the core issue tracker. The new styled mode is similar to unstyled mode, the POC is done and the implementation starts in a week or two. We'll announce it soon with more details.
