OverlayPanel - Incorrect popup and arrow position

Hello, I'm building the frontend using primevue + tailwindcss's Lara preset and I found an issue with OverlayPanel and here are some screencaps captured on https://tailwind.primevue.org/overlaypanel/:

I have the same sort of issue.

I am still having this issue in V4, the arrow always displays at the top of the panel when opened from a button at the bottom of the viewport.
