Add remaining PVC redirects #373

This PR adds the remaining redirects from the old PVC docsite to the new one. It also ensures that the redirects that were already present in redirects.json include the status module, i.e. alpha, beta, etc.

After wrestling with this a bunch today, including installing IIS in a Windows VM to use the built-in rewrite testing tool, I am no closer to figuring out the problem with octicon URLs. Will keep hacking on this.

Hey @rezrah, I removed the offending octiconsymbols rewrite for now and will attempt to ship it in a follow-up PR.
