Question: How PRIMER_MISPRIMING_LIBRARY works? #74

Hello I want to understand the scoring system that Primer3 uses when aligning primers to the FASTA file specified by PRIMER_MISPRIMING_LIBRARY during primer evaluation. Where should I look for this information?" I am preparing to post this question on GitHub's issue tracker
