Insert language switcher block when working on a site with multiple languages #358

It would be really nice to have a language switcher block available to place in the header or footer on the page.

Like this the page usability would be increased big time.

Going further would be to recognize the users browser language, when working with multiple languages and having the possibility to define a standard fallback language if the users browser language is not available in your sites languages.
