fixed bug: https://github.com/princejwesley/minimap/issues/6 by moving the miniregion halfway to where the user clicked (also looks nicer :-))
fixed bug: when dragging cursor out of the minimap - text on website would get selected
fixed bug: when dragging cursor out of the minimap and releasing the mouse button - minimap would not register that mouse button was released
added new css3 cursors :-)

@jmedveckyh can you squash commits into two and include minified files ?
