Oops... I probably should have noticed this sooner, but I didn't. I'll have to figure out where I'm switching these around...

Fixed, I think... but this is the next issue: comparisons/49/chromatography/rt_ms1max_rt_ms2_for_ids_sec

It only plots half the image in the time rendered plot... Apparently the scale of the time plot is chosen based upon the new dataset only.
