OpenAI error handling improvements

Addresses issues #8 , #7 , and #11 .

• Using the attempt library to retry calls to the submitUserMessage endpoint
• ErrorMessage displays any Error stored in error state
• Input field is only cleared on successful message submit

Did some QA:

• Can trigger timeouts by sending messages that require very long repsonses (and thus take a long time to generate?)
• Can trigger 400 errors from OpenAI by making the prompt/conversation too long

In both cases errors are caught/printed in a visible way, should work great for precepts.
