Ameer Muhtaseb: The most important thing to do is finish up some of the features such as the bookmarking, how to see which deals are better than others, and maybe add some UI features that allow you to differentiate between different types of stores like grocery vs clothing etc. The rest of the UI is really nice, so i think actual functionality is the biggest issue as of now.
Shreeman: The most important thing to finish by next week is informing the user what purpose each piece of functionality serves. Maybe include some sort of pop up box or help box to guide users. The user interface is smooth and the functionality is there, but it's just a matter of guiding users.
Belal: The most important thing to finish by next week is to iron out all the details of the fictionality. Some of the features seem half way finished or incomplete and need some refining to better express to the user the core functionality of the app. Also the app could really benefit from an on boarding experience or tutorial when first starting the app to help better understand how to use the app.
Khaled: the most important thing to finish by next week is the save promotions tab. By next week you should be able to save a promotion and view it. The UI is nice, now you should focus and fixing all the bugs, and iron out all the features.
Team C2: Kool Kats
Jennifer Phung - The most important thing to finish by next week is probably having the bookmarks actually add to the bookmarks list based on user interaction and having the navbar highlight a pin when a vendor is clicked. I think it is important to finish those two tasks because they seem like key features for what you want to do. Users should be able to actually bookmark a promotion for the demo since the idea of your app revolves around letting users see promotions that interest them personally. Otherwise, I think the rest of your app seems good :). One stretch goal would probably be implementing the count or some way to tell how relevant a promotion still is.
Aaron Hurtado - The most important thing to finish by next week is to finish implementing some of the features of the saved promotion page and map page. For instance, you distinguish promotions on the saved promotions page with different colors but the colors are too similar to be noticable. Also it would be nice to add more of the promotion details to the saved promotion cards. For the map view it would be convenient if when you clicked on a promotion on the side bar, the corresponding promotion pin would be highlighted.
Trung Do - The most important thing to finish by next week is making the promotions more appealing. Right now I have to click each pin point to see the promotion, which I dont want to do every day.
Tae Hee Kim - The most important thing to finish by next week is to differentiate between the different type of deals better. For example, maybe make different icons for different places/kinds of deals. Or maybe add more details to a deal/location upon clicking on the marker (maybe add pictures? Also make it easier to tell when a deal will expire (perhaps write the respective expiration dates on the infowindows).
