5 years ago I fixed it by making the rules button show a picture, which has the rules in it. I couldn't figure out the text solution either, but this is still a viable solution.

Hey guys, while trying to add text to display the rules, I ran into an issue where I'm unable to format the text as it spreads beyond the resolution of the window.
