Switch to non-svg open-graph image #42

Apparently, open-graph does not support svg files , so we need to convert https://github.com/princomp/princomp.github.io/blob/quartz/quartz/static/og-image-source.svg to a format that is supported and update https://github.com/princomp/princomp.github.io/blob/10ac6d44639dad2d9909c4f4ce7b8eb8c914a8af/quartz/components/Head.tsx#L19
