What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. date and time user-defined format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- 2009-05-18 read MayMay/MonMon/20092009
- 06:30 AM read 0707:JanJan

Are you saving from OpenOffice? This seems to be a problem with their software. 
When
I open your doc and save it with Microsoft Excel, it works fine.
Marked as Invalid because this is a problem with the program used to create the 
file,
not the php lib.
