i have a fix for the shipping page and the cart page ready but i can't get the prints one to happen..

@kleavitt please check scaling at your browsers it seems that it's more than 100%

@AustenB @micahasmith @VSergiyenko Still able to reproduce for the prints page this morning. Did a hard refresh and made sure scaling was at 100%.

I can't reproduce this, maybe fixed via new designs or better responsive handling.
