Photo slideshow auto-advances even when you click on an image #90

When I choose a product within the widget, I see a photo slideshow. If I click on a thumbnail within the slideshow, the slideshow oftentimes jumps to the next image within a second or less, so I can't actually see the image I'm interested in. Is there a way to turn off the auto-advancing of the slideshow images in the gallery?
