Layflat Photobook Photo Preview #99

One of the layflat photobook preview images shows 3 images on one page, but I can't seem to find that as an actual option within the interface for that product. See attached screenshot.

  1. Is it an option?
  2. If not, the short term option is to just remove that photo from that preview, but I'm not sure how to do that in the admin. It seems I only have an option to replace the photo, but I don't have any new photos to replace it with!
  3. In Tricia's latest email update, she noted under widget updates: "Text editing has been added for Layflat Photobooks". Where can I find that?

@dgquint It seems that that is a picture of an older template that we no longer support. I can ask the team to prepare alternative images, though in truth it will take some time. Text areas are supported in photobooks, but they must be defined in the templates ahead of time.

  1. For the short-term, do you have any other kind of image of that product that's still "accurate" that I could use?
  2. Not sure what this means: "Text areas are supported in photobooks, but they must be defined in the templates ahead of time." The customer must define them? We must define them? For either, if so, where?

  1. Our designer will shoot a new photo and update it shortly, turns out its quicker than I thought a few minutes ago.
  2. For now, templates are defined by us and it seems that the current templates do not include text. I have plans to make it possible for you to create templates, but it's quite complex and we're working to make sure it's not terribly confusing.
