The 20 images are from Camera Role correct?
Details on which fleece blanket? Which size was it?
What phone device are you using and what iOS version?
Any details on the images you selected
What file types (jpg, jpeg, etc) what size were they of files were the 20 What were the file names? Maybe a name of the file caused the crash.
how many items did you have in your cart at the time of crash?
Are you able to recreate it again if you do the exact steps as above?
Can you send the log from this if the above doesn't answer it?

Appears to be an issue for products with multiple-image layouts. acrylic blocks, canvas wraps, fleece blanks, framed prints, etc.
Select fleece blanket, tap create, select size, choose 12 image blanket layout. I selected over 20 images from my Phone, tapped next and chose random arrangement. The printio sdk appeared to crash and I was brought back to Photobucket.

@itscam very important to get these details because we cant recreate with 67+ photos
@perisicboro it solely leaves the SDK doesn't crash
@perisicboro
So it happens in all instantiations.
For multiple products. Auto arrange or thick prints page.
if you go back and forth with the plus icon to add more photos.
Can you provide me some log, or did you see memory issue message in log?
@perisicboro I hope this is helpful. Appears to be a memory issue. Slightly different repro steps. Canvas Wrap, square, 36x36, white wrap, 36 image, Photobucket as the source, added 27 images. Log:

@AustenB @perisicboro Another similar issue with an iPad Mini(non-retina). Tinybook product, imported 72 .jpg images from the Camera Roll. After tapping on next, I was booted out of the SDK.
log:

FIxed. Fix available in today's build.
@itscam please test this in upcoming builds
@AustenB @perisicboro I will test with the canvas wrap, blanket and acrylic blocks, but I did receive a memory-related crash while attempting to import photos from Photobucket to make a Stickerset.
This was the build from today. 47c4ca6
iPhone 5s, 252 piece stickerset, imported 25 small jpg images, all less than 100KB in size, except for one at 212KB.

@perisicboro reopening let us know if its on PBs side or ours
This time a memory issue after tapping Save to Cart button after successfully creating auto-arranging 12 locally-stored images to a Woven Blanket.

@barnbucket this bug is new because of image downloaded we changed from our stable one to one that wouldn't conflict with your app. We will fix it - it is a complex one.
Let us know if you still see this error

@AustenB We were still seeing this issue on Friday. I would like to leave this open until we can verify it is fixed.
Sounds good. We will continue to optimize the memory.

@AustenB It appears to be happening a lot less frequently on high-number grid items such as the canvas wrap, but it still occurs after creating several products. I was also able to get the SDK to close when adding minibooks and tinybooks to the shopping cart.
ok so it happens only when items are already in shopping cart.
@AustenB It had happened with the previous SDK build without any products in the shopping cart. I'll let you know if I see that again with the newest build.
@AustenB @perisicboro While testing in a production build, we are seeing more memory crashes. Following log is from an iPad Mini. Framed print, 24 image, Photobucket source, auto-arrange. Booted from the SDK as the last four images were added.

@AustenB We had a bug hunt for the production build yesterday and almost everyone experienced a memory issue of some kind. This is a priority for us.
The memory fixes should be coming in the next build/two.
We are continuing to work on it but have saved 20mb of memory so far.

@AustenB I feel that this is in a much better place, but I did experience a memory issue this morning. I will continue testing.
What was memory issue from this morning?
Does it happen as frequently On Aug 14, 2014 7:57 PM, "Cameron Bradley" notifications@github.com wrote:

@AustenB Similar memory crash to the others, when auto-arranging Photobucket photos to a 20x60 Canvas Wrap. It is not happening as frequently. Hopefully this is a breakthrough.
How many photos were you arranging do you have a log for us :)
We will work to get it better. How rare would you say it was? Did you have photos in the shopping cart for it?

I don't have a log from last week, sorry. It was a 20x60 inch panoramic Canvas Wrap, with a black border. 24 images from Photobucket. Issue occurred during auto-arrange. I'll continue testing.
@AustenB When do you expect the final memory fixes to be implemented?
I think they were pushed yesterday evening. On Aug 19, 2014 2:13 AM, "Cameron Bradley" notifications@github.com wrote:

@itscam pushed tomorrow I think. We were doing some internal testing still.
SDK 4d69803
Successfully created a 24 image framed print, 26x36(20x30) with low-resolution images from the Photobucket source, saved to cart. Immediately created a second product, 36x36in, 36 image Canvas wrap. Phone source, square images(saved locally from Instagram). SDK dropped.
Edit: long log wouldn't fit. Let me know if you need more.

Hmm. We were fixing the bug within Stickerbook type products. I will get together with iOS guys to see if this is a different bug.

Hows this one looking for book products :)
@AustenB
@itscam passed along an issue along these lines with some good news bad news. Bad news the app crashed after he created the following product Tinybooks, phone source, 72 images. Images loaded on the product page, tapped save to cart and it appear to crash
Good news was when he opened it back up the item was saved.
When he tried again there was no issue. I don't have a log for it but we will keep testing on it.
Sounds great.
BTW -> the fix for memory issues with 36 image canvas and similar views is in the newest SDK build on the server.
Let us know when you have a new testflight with it and we will build it.

@AustenB we had another crash but the product saved.
256 image stickerbook from phone source, same memory issue when saving to cart, but again the product wasn't lost
Additionally, there was a zero on the shopping cart when it booted me back to PB, but when I tapped on it everything was there
Still don't want that to happen. Will try to see whats happening and can make it even better of course. Max memory we have hit was 50-60megs on that page.

@AustenB One of the books was added but was missing the thumbnail in the shopping cart.
72 image tinybook, Instagram source, no product thumb when saving to cart
This seems related.
We have seen this occasionally.

What phone/device was this tested on that caused the crash.
You used 256 unique photos all from the phone?

@itscam closing this one - have new tickets for it.
