We need to build and host the documentation in the project.

The wiki seems like a good place.

We already have the Klipper-provided docs. Are you proposing we just link to the official Klipper docs and give a 'things different from Klipper' wiki?

No, I propose cloning and improving their stuff to the wiki.

What's the benefit of that over using github pages?

Mostly less setup involved. We have a wiki already just by virtue of having a Github repo, no extra setup needed, and IMHO a wiki is a much better way to organize docs.

Koz has decided we need to just re-do the documentation as a wiki. Seems fine to me.
