Drop python2 support #9

It's basically impossible to test python2 code so we should try and convert any scripts that use it or drop them over time.

I've thought more about this and I think in the interest of making this a policy change more than code change, so we don't have to fight with mainline changes too much. Thoughts @kozross ?

We don't provide support for anyone using python2.

I reckon that's reasonable. This is basically the reality of Python 2 itself, so I don't see how we could do much even if we wanted to.
