Adding steam install instructions to README.md #75

Would it be possible to add instructions for installing Cookie Bot to steam? It's not that hard to install manually and I feel that the mod would greatly benefit from making it easier for new people to add it to the steam version. I am also willing to write it myself and submit a PR if needed.
