How long does it take to beat the game using only this bot? #88

Has anyone ever counted the amount of time? I'm starting a fresh game with the bot and never click. I'll do it eventually but I wanted to konw what to expect more or less.

Will Cookie Monster make it faster?

The time it takes the bot to get all achievements depends heavily on random numbers. Please also check the FAQ.

About 80% of the achievements are in place after something like 3 months. All the cookie and building achievements are in place after around 8 months. The sugar lump-related achievements take about 1 year in total to get because sugar lumps are rare. Then there is of course one achievement that you get only after having played one full year. Finally, there are the randomness achievements: golden sugar lump and shiny wrinkler. This will take around three years to achieve. As explained in the FAQ, the bot does not want to wait too long for luck, and will automatically reduce the time by cheating. The grinding time (bake xx cookies achievements) is reduced by cheating some golden cookies. The luck for a golden sugar lump is improved by reducing the ripening time for sugar lumps. With the automatic cheating enabled, the bot takes about one year for the whole playthrough.

As the main problematic time is related to sugar lumps, Cookie Monster will not improve the time measurably.
