Implement new naming convention for querysets, input- and output variables #26

It has been run past Jim, Malika, Chandler, Sofia and Natalie for initial input and revision.

Please make any updates to the same file for safe-keeping and communicate to the team once final. We will then communicate the key elements of the naming structure on the website and other documentation.

@hhegre, we need a decision on naming structure for all data that will be shared in the API (input + output variables) ASAP, as Henrik needs these to be set in order to filter out the correct data in the dashboard. What are your thoughts on the suggestion?
