@ctelhado, the occaisional species elevational range data do not seem present in the BirdLife species range data (or at least the version I have access to). I can see these data can be accessed from the BirdLife fact sheets (e.g. http://datazone.birdlife.org/species/factsheet/bare-faced-ground-dove-metriopelia-ceciliae/details). However, I can't seem to find a link where these data can be downloaded for all species - do you have any ideas?
@jeffreyhanson I think we got this sorted out (by adding that point on FAQs) and this issue can now be closed.
Awesome - thanks!
Birdlife data contains a range of different elevation ranges (mnimum, maximum, occaisional minimum, and occaisional maximum), and it's recommended to use the occaisional minimum and occaisional maximum values.
