Publish application to Google App Engine for visualisation #2

The application needs to be published to the Google App Engine environment.

Note that the Google Search Custom API's auth will also need to be modified to cater for this.

The architecture of the application will need to change in order to to use blobstore (Google App Engine does not support file system usage).
