when SDL file is generated (by default is)
when dev mode is running (usually is if SDL file is being generated, alt is build)
then SDL file gen triggers watcher refresh

I experienced that too a couple of days ago but I can't reproduce it locally right now 🤷‍♂️

Ive noticed it too, the watcher is ran two times before the server fully starts, maybe nexus is not omitting *.graphql
