When creating a new server using the recent Heroku integration, the 'server to database latency' info (in the DB region dropdown) fails to update (defaults to 100ms I believe) unless the user instructs her browser to accept scripts loaded over http (https preferred always).
Below is a screenshot which may help with this as it looks like there is data being requested from a dynamoDBhttp endpoint.
