Provide more regions for heroku #188

For heroku options there is only EU(Dublin) and US(Virginia) Evan that heroku supports more regions:

Thanks for the feature request @Huvik ! As the list shows, the other regions are "Private Spaces". Private spaces are more cost intensive and Heroku also has a different api to provision these, so it's not high in the prioritization for now.

If other people need this feature -> please +1 this so we can see the urge!
