Edit list of AWS Fargate supported regions #12

Fargate has been available in more regions since last April: https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2018/04/aws-fargate-now-available-in-ohio--oregon--and-ireland-regions/.

I updated the README file to reflect these changes. 👍
