Invalid Issue Documentation link #5175

On this github "new issue" page: https://github.com/prisma/prisma1/issues/new/choose

The following options are displayed:

When you click the Documentation "Get Started" button, you're brought to this URL:

https://github.com/prisma/prisma1/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=documentation.md

And the issue has the following text:

Please provide your feedback here instead: https://github.com/prisma/prisma-content-feedback/issues/new?template=documentation-feedback.md.

But the link provided gives a 404.
