This adds an example embedded app that demonstrates some common use cases for the embedded SDK. Example pages include:

Embedded integration marketplace in an iframe
Embedded integration marketplace in a popover
Embedded integration designer
Dynamically setting config variables values
Querying the Prismatic GraphQL API for records, and displaying them with custom UI elements
