docs: migrate docs from https://prismic.io/docs to Markdown files #81

This PR adds a local docs directory with Java documentation from https://prismic.io/docs. The content from the website has been converted to Markdown so no content is lost.

Java documentation on https://prismic.io/docs will be removed. Documentation for this library should be updated as part of the repository.
