Urgent fix for SearchForm::query() method #14

Fixing the default value append behaviour.

Considering the definition of the FieldForm object, it seems like indeed, the variable name currently used is the wrong one (default instead of defaultValue). @dohzya: I'm merging this, but let me know if I shouldn't have.
