Test Prismic\Test\DocumentTest::testGetDate fails if date.timezone not set #22

If date.timezone is not set in php.ini, this test fails. It's not really php-kit's fault for it to fail here, as far as I can tell, so it might be worth setting the timezone to UTC for the purposes of that test.
