Freezing the version of PHP kit #13

@RobinvdVleuten > Now that the PHP kit is properly versioned for Packagist, maybe we should put composer.lock back in .gitignore, and set the version in the bundle's composer.json file to 1.0.5-beta? Am I right?

Good to hear @rudyrigot! The semver part isn't the most easy topic in my opinion. I still trying to find out how to override 1.0.5-beta with 1.0.*@dev locally ;)
