feat: export Slice and Group types #10

Description

This PR changes prismic-ts-codegen's output to export most Slice and Group-related generated types.

The following types are exported as of this PR:

Slices (i.e. those created with the Legacy Builder)
Individual Shared Slice variations
Slice and Shared Slice item fields
Group items

Notable, the following types are not exported as of this PR, but could be exported in the future if there is a specific need for them.

Slice and Shared Slice primary fields
Shared Slice variations union

Fixes #5
