Here is the progress so far in implementing an additional order parameter equation to describe solid-liquid transitions, as well as grain coarsening.

This is still a work in progress, and hopefully we can polish the application further in the next few days. I just wanted to make sure I could generate a pull request properly.

Next steps are to iron out the model parameters, then we can think about adding nucleation, adding anisotropy and then coupling to an openfoam CFD solver.

Looking forward to collaborating with the community further on this!
