added decorators for v9.2 compatibility #193

Added preprocessor directives ('decorators') for alternate code snippets compatible with dealii v9.2. Removed one decorator for pre-v9.0 compatibility. This commit builds and runs the allenCahn app successfully with dealii v9.2.0 and v9.4.1.
