Merge master branch into development branch #221

Since the development branch is now the actual dev branch with WIP features. We should merge the stable master branch back into the development branch to sync up code.

In the future, the development branch should always be ahead of the master branch, with periodic merges from development -> master to add new features to PRISMS-PF.
