[CLOSED] The reference pages have no favicon. #115

Change <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/img/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon"> to <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/img/processing-1.ico" type="image/x-icon"> on the reference page.

Moreover, the reference item pages try to load the outdated "stickyNav.js"

Template files now call proper favicon and js, just need to rebuild these files.
