[CLOSED] Move JavaDoc from Google Code #39

Move the JavaDoc from its current location on Google Code to a place on the main Processing website. Copy the JavaDoc HTML from GitHub via a script on the server.

Update the Reference to point to the new location: http://processing.org/reference/javadoc/

If you plan to keep /var/processing up to date, we could just have /reference/javadoc point to that.

Though maybe that should be: http://processing.org/reference/core/ http://processing.org/reference/everything/

or: http://processing.org/reference/core/ http://processing.org/reference/javadoc/

I think the first two links are good. I'll modify the reference link to point to http://processing.org/reference/javadoc/core/ for the next release. And yes, I'll keep /var/processing up to date.
