They are in the Processing examples. When you have Processing open, select File > Examples. Then select Topics > Create Shapes.
@shiffman please make this more clear in the tutorial.

Thanks Reas - I see them now. I wouldn't have thought they would be under Topics/Create Shapes in the Examples since the above text isn't in the Topics area of the Tutorials. I had searched processing.org and couldn't find them there, and the same thing with openprocessing.org.
I do appreciate all the work that's gone into creating Processing. I'm using it for a Computer Graphics class in a magnet public high school. The kids have been creating a new game based on two other games (e.g., Asteroids, Tron, Pong, etc.), and adding new game mechanics. They've done some very nice work so far.

"For the full examples, take a look at "PolygonPShapeOOP1", "PolygonPShapeOOP2", and "PolygonPShapeOOP3". It should also be noted that the rendering speed optimization of retained mode is only relevant to P2D and P3D drawing modes, as it requires hardware acceleration."
