Looking at example files in IE9 with Javascript mode. Whenever P3D renderer is needed, I can't see anything. It does work in standard Java mode but what do I need to do to see 3D content it in my browser?

I think you need to look at them with a different browser. I don't think IE has OpenGL support. P3D renders using WebGL. I just confirmed this with a web search. I'm closing the Issue.
