let spotlight produce RDF output #19

The current output of Spotlight is not directly uploadeable into an RDF store.
This should be done to make the flow integrated in the whole.

A student of mine is working on the NIF (http://nlp2rdf.org/nif-1.0) output for 
Spotlight. Pablo and I will consolidate the code afterwards  (documentation and 
testing).
