Making sure that information provided by user during registration is valid.

Ensure that domain name for email provided is valid.
Ensure that password meets requirements (length, symbols, caps).
Ensure that name has no foreign characters and does not exceed maximum length.
Ensure that school selected is a valid school.
After password verification, hash and add salt to it.
After all information has been verified, pass information to the database.
