Create sample response. It should describe:

matches section, containing a set of 1 to many matches, each having:
- match ID
- match name
- match score
warnings section containing
- warning ID
- name
- warning text

Use JSON for portability and future expansion Create a sandbox with a tiny app that just reads JSON and prints it out to make sure it is syntactically valid
