[x] Create test folder
[x] Create src folder
[x] In src folder, create a wee app to do something simple and robust - shouldn't ever fail
[x] Inside test older, create wiring test call function from previous task
[x] Make sure the test passes from within the test code, or from running pytest

The scr and test folder were created as python packages so they are easily callable from other folders
